Eagle Eye

Eyes on the free world, for 92 million Iranians. Without a single byte of internet.

Iran Is in Digital Darkness

92 Million People Cut off from the free world
6+ Nationwide Shutdowns Since 2019
97% Traffic Dropped During each shutdown
Months In the Dark Every year, without connection

Since November 2019, the Islamic Republic has repeatedly shut down Iran's internet entirely. Each shutdown longer, more complete, and more lethal than the last. Iranians spend months of every year without free internet access. The regime kills when the world cannot see.

How It Works

Satellite Broadcast

News articles are compressed, signed with Ed25519 cryptographic signatures, encoded into fountain codes, and broadcast as animated QR code sequences on satellite TV. The same satellite dishes on 70% of Iranian rooftops receive them.

Article → Compress → Sign → Encode → QR

Scan with Camera

Open the app. Point your phone camera at the TV screen. Wait 15-25 seconds. The app scans at 15 frames per second and reconstructs the data even if you miss 30% of the QR codes.

Read. Offline.

Verified articles appear instantly. Search them. Bookmark them. Read them tomorrow. Everything is encrypted on your device with AES-256. The app doesn't even have the Android permission to access the internet. It is physically incapable of sending or receiving network data.

Features

Fully Offline

No internet, no SIM card, no account. The app has zero network permissions.

Cryptographic Verification

Every article, tweet, and message is signed with Ed25519 before broadcast. Verified before display.

AES-256 Encryption

SQLCipher encrypts articles, channels, messages, and cryptographic keys with AES-256. If your device is seized, the content is protected.

VPN Configurations

Receive fresh V2Ray, Shadowsocks, WireGuard, Trojan, Tor bridges, and ArgoVPN bridges via satellite. One-tap copy.

X (Twitter) and Telegram

Curated tweets and Telegram channel messages, updated with every broadcast.

Fountain Codes

Miss 30% of the QR codes? Mathematical redundancy fills the gaps. No need to start over.

Screenshot Protection

Screen capture and recording blocked by default. Toggle in settings.

Tamper Detection

The app verifies its own signing certificate on every launch. Repackaged APKs refuse to run.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. The app does not even have the Android permission to access the internet. It is physically incapable of connecting to any network. The only input is the camera. The only output is the screen.

During brief internet windows, download from this website or Google Play. You can also receive the APK via Bluetooth file sharing, USB drive, SD card, or through Toosheh satellite content bundles. Once installed, the app never needs internet again.

The app stores all data encrypted with AES-256. Screenshot protection is on by default. The app cannot transmit any data. However, the app's presence on your device could be detected during physical phone inspection. Use the "Clear All Data" option in settings before any checkpoint.

Fountain codes provide 30% mathematical redundancy. If some QR codes are missed, the app fills in the gaps from subsequent codes. There is no concept of "starting over." The broadcast loops continuously, so if you miss one cycle, the next starts within 30 seconds.

Every piece of content is signed with Ed25519 cryptographic signatures before broadcast. The app verifies the signature before displaying anything. If the signature doesn't match, the content is rejected. This is a mathematical guarantee, not a policy.

Yes. Share it via Bluetooth, USB, SD card, or any file transfer method. No internet required. Verify the SHA-256 checksum on this page to ensure the file hasn't been modified.

You can. But during total internet blackouts, Google Play is unreachable. The direct APK download and peer-to-peer sharing ensure the app can reach people even when all internet infrastructure is down.
